4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies of the suppliers involved in your booking. The traveling mindset will assist in navigating these policies but cannot guarantee refunds. Service fees for customized travel plans are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for the traveling mindset

Funds associated with cancellations are determined by the individual cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. These terms are clearly communicated at the time of reservation and deposit.

The traveling mindset does not impose cancellation or refund fees on individual transactions. For group cruises and tours, all applicable cancellation and refund fees are outlined in advance and included in the services agreement provided at the time of booking.
