This fee is non-refundable and applies whether or not you choose to proceed with booking. It reflects the comprehensive planning work completed on your behalf, even if you ultimately decide not to travel.

Travel Advisory Fee Structure
Basic Itinerary Planning | $50 to $100 Covers simple, single-destination domestic trips, including hotel-only, flight-only, or basic tour bookings.
Moderate Complexity Planning | $125 to $250 Applies to cruises, international single-destination travel, multi-city domestic trips, or packages that include hotels, tours, transfers, and flights.
Luxury and Group Travel Planning | $300 to $600 Designed for high-end, bespoke travel experiences such as safaris, private tours, corporate retreats, destination weddings, multi-generational or group travel, and multi-country international travel.
Rush Planning Fee | $50 to $100 May apply when travel arrangements are needed on short notice or require expedited turnaround.
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your booking experience as convenient and flexible as possible, including major credit and debit cards and mobile wallets. Direct bank transfers via ACH may also be available depending on the platform or supplier processing your transaction. Where available, select travel suppliers also offer payment plan options, allowing you to spread the cost of your trip over time with ease.
