• Basic Itinerary Planning ranges from $25 to $50 and covers simple, single‑destination domestic trips such as hotel‑only, flight‑only, or basic tour bookings.

• Moderate Complexity Planning ranges from $75 to $150 and applies to cruises, international single‑destination travel, multi‑city domestic trips, or packages that include hotels, tours, transfers, and flights.

• Luxury or Custom Travel Planning ranges from $175 to $350 and is designed for high‑end, bespoke itineraries such as safaris, private tours, corporate retreats, destination weddings, or multi‑country international travel.

• A Rush Planning Fee of $25–$50 may apply when travel arrangements are needed on short notice or require expedited turnaround.
