Any service fees charged by The Traveling Mindset for itinerary planning, consultation, or complex bookings are non-refundable once services have been rendered. These fees cover the time and expertise invested in your travel arrangements and are separate from supplier costs.
If a refund is approved by a supplier, please allow up to 30 business days for the funds to be processed and returned, depending on the provider’s policies and payment method used. We will keep you informed throughout the process and advocate on your behalf when needed.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies. Insurance coverage may offer additional refund options beyond those provided by suppliers.
