Pricing and Availability:
All prices, availability, and travel services are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but are not liable for any errors or omissions in pricing or content.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding these policies prior to booking. We will assist in facilitating cancellations or changes, but final decisions rest with the supplier.

Travel Documents and Requirements:
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, health documents, and meet all entry requirements for their destination. The Traveling Mindset is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Limitation of Liability:
The Traveling Mindset shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers or due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

Payment Terms:
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, mobile wallets, and direct bank transfers via ACH. Payment plans may be available through select travel suppliers, allowing you to spread out the cost of your trip with ease. Service fees may apply for complex or customized bookings.

Merchant Policy

1. Payment Terms

The Traveling Mindset accepts major credit and debit cards, mobile wallets, and direct bank transfers via ACH. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the travel supplier’s terms.

2. Service Fees

Most of our travel advisory services are complimentary. However, service fees may apply for complex or customized bookings, starting at $25. These fees will be disclosed in advance and are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

3. Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available through select travel suppliers. Eligibility, terms, and schedules vary by provider. We will communicate all available options during the booking process.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms of the individual travel suppliers. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to those policies and may include cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits. The Traveling Mindset is not responsible for refunds beyond what is permitted by the supplier.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact The Traveling Mindset directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees and the cancellation of travel services.
